Before Your Athlete Walks Into Their First High School Weight Room…

Many freshmen enter the weight room excited—but unprepared. They may not know how to set up equipment, spot a teammate, or perform foundational lifts safely. Confidence without proper instruction can quickly lead to mistakes.

Our 6-week High School Weight Room Prep Course is designed to teach athletes the skills every freshman should know before starting a high school strength program.

Athletes will learn:

  • Safe weight room setup and etiquette

  • Proper spotting and barbell loading

  • Correct lifting technique for foundational movements

  • Strength and conditioning in a structured, supervised environment

Each session combines hands-on instruction with a workout that reinforces the skills learned that day, helping athletes build confidence and good habits before their first day in the high school weight room.
