Power Hour

Our Power Hour is designed for athletes who want to gain a competitive edge through expert strength and conditioning. Training takes place in small groups of no more than four athletes, allowing Ryan to provide individualized coaching, monitor technique, and ensure every athlete is progressing safely and effectively.
Athletes from all sports are welcome, including football, baseball, lacrosse, track and field, soccer, basketball, and more. Training addresses the needs of each athlete while maintaining the energy, accountability, and competitive atmosphere that can only come from working alongside other motivated athletes.
At Strength Lab Florida, Power Hour is more than a workout—it's a structured training system designed to help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at their highest level.
